[NEWS UPDATE] Car Thief Almost Breaks Record For Highest Blood Alcohol Content!?
Looks like a South Dakota woman almost broke the record for the highest blood alcohol content last month after getting arrested.
Cops found 45-year-old Marguerite Engle passed out behind the wheel of a stolen truck.
When they ran some tests, they determined she was almost nine times over the state's .08 legal limit with a .708 BAC! She broke the state record, but the national record high was set by some lady in Oregon with a .72 BAC last year.

World's tallest building set to open in Dubai.
DUBAI (Reuters) - Started at the height of the economic boom and built by some 12,000 laborers, the world's tallest building will open on Monday in Dubai as the glitzy emirate seeks to rekindle optimism after its financial crisis.
Burj Dubai, whose opening has been delayed twice since construction began in 2004, will mark another milestone for the deeply indebted emirate with a penchant for seeking new records.
Dubai, one of seven members of the United Arab Emirates, gained a reputation for excess with the creation of man-made islands shaped like palms and an indoor ski slope in the desert.
With investor confidence in Dubai badly bruised by the emirate's announcement in November that it would seek a debt standstill for one of its largest conglomerates, the Burj Dubai is seen as a positive start to the year after a bleak 2009.
The project has been scrutinized by human rights groups, who have objected to its treatment of laborers, as well as by environmentalists who said the tower would act as a power vacuum, increasing the city's already massive carbon footprint.
But despite the criticism, many say the edifice, believed to have cost $1.5 billion to build, is an architectural marvel.
The tower's height has been kept a closely guarded secret until now. Developer Emaar Properties PJSC will reveal the height -- known to exceed 800 meters (2,625 feet) -- on Tuesday and Dubai's ruler will inaugurate the opening.
Experts believe Dubai's recent financial troubles have not hurt sales of approximately 1,100 residential units in the Burj -- meaning tower in Arabic -- saying they were nearly all sold.
Dubai's real estate sector crashed at the end of 2008 when the global financial crisis hit the emirate after a six-year economic boom. Thousands of jobs were slashed and projects worth billions of dollars were canceled or delayed.
With analysts suggesting tax-free Dubai might sell some of its assets to boost revenues and slash $80 billion in debt, many wondered if the tower was on the list for grabs.
Dubai, with few natural resources of its own, expects a budget deficit of 2 percent of GDP this year.
In December, the emirate received a $10 billion lifeline from neighboring Abu Dhabi to repay a $4.1 billion bond for Nakheel, a property arm of indebted Dubai World, and other obligations.

Let us soak in positive forces and look down on upon those who masquerade as truth tellers and objective fact givers when in reality everything that is projected has an agenda of brainwashing us, the ‘consumer’, the public, to believe what they want us to. Let us look past headlines and deal with just a bit of reality in this new decade. We have our own outlets now, we don’t have to believe everything anymore. The Mouse's Marvel Deal Is Done!
As we previously mentioned, Disney planned on purchasing Marvel Entertainment for the whopping price of $4.24 billion and now it's a done deal.
Marvel shareholders approved the sale on Thursday which means Disney now owns the rights to Spider-Man, Iron Man and its 5,000 other comic book creations.
Isaac "Ike" Perlmutter, Marvel chief executive, will continue to oversee the business, but report to Walt Disney Co. CEO Robert Iger.
"The creative and business potential of this combination is substantial," says Iger regarding the acquisition.

Chart-Topping Newcomer Ke$ha Says The Dollar Sign In Her Name Represents Not Receiving Any Royalties For Her Part In Flo Rida's Hit ''Right Round''.
ContactMusic: Pop sensation KE$HA added the dollar sign to her stage moniker after failing to recoup any royalties for singing on FLO RIDA's RIGHT ROUND.
The newcomer made download history over Christmas (09) when her debut track TiK ToK shifted more than 610,000 copies - the most sold in one week since the chart started in 2003.
She beat Flo Rida's chart-topping track - which features her uncredited vocals - into the number two spot.
And the singer reveals the lack of recognition for her work on the rapper's song led her to add the currency symbol to her name - because she was so broke.
She says, "It was an accident I was even on the track. I didn't make any money off it, that's why I put the dollar sign in my name as a joke.
"But I was happy singing in bars, wearing clothes I found in garbage and surrounded by people who love me."

If they die in a car wreck during their drunken debauchery, then all of their funeral arrangements are will be taken care of free of charge. This deal includes a free casket, grave, limousine and preparation of the body (or what’s left of it).
