MJ's Dermatologist Fueled His Addiction, Fellow Doc Claims

More shady details are bubbling to the surface as investigators peer more deeply into the details of Michael Jackson's history with painkillers and anesthetics.

In 2003, Dr. Harvey Richmond, a gynecologist specializing in vaginal rejuvination, was approached by MJ's dermatologist/cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Arnold Klein, who asked to use Richmond's offices to perform a minor acne treatment on Jackson under full anesthesia (the offices were next door to each other).

Richmond thought it was "odd," that Klein should use full anesthesia for "some sort of acne treatment," but acquiesced nonetheless and arranged for an anesthesiologist and scrub tech who worked on Jackson.

What's more, apparently Jackson wouldn't pay the bill until Richmond threatened to take the singer to Beverly Hills small claims court.
