A Georgia funeral home is offering free arrangements for people who agree to sign a contract saying that they will drink or use drugs and drive on New Year’s Eve. If they die in a car wreck during their drunken debauchery, then all of their funeral arrangements are will be taken care of free of charge. This deal includes a free casket, grave, limousine and preparation of the body (or what’s left of it).
